Our team of doctors has specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of skin tumors for many years. In addition to many years of university work as a dermato-oncologist and surgeon in three of the largest certified skin tumor centers in Germany, the Essen University Clinic, the Hannover Medical School and the Göttingen University Medical Center, Dr. medical Philipp Al Ghazal about the special further training "Drug-based tumor therapy" and the statutory health insurance doctor's approval for skin cancer follow-up care using ultrasound diagnostics from the German Society for Ultrasound Medicine. In our practice we have two state-of-the-art digital video dermatoscopy systems fromFotofinder Systemsand several precision optics of the latest generation fromheineto perform whole-body skin cancer screenings. An analysis program ("Mole Analyzer"), which was developed in cooperation with the University of Tübingen and is now used internationally, is also used for the computer-aided identification of conspicuous pigment lesions.
